The costs of renting the house are as follows:

July and August: $2100/week
June and September: $1700/week
April, May and October: $1300/week

During the off-season, i.e. November thru March, we rent the house on a monthly basis at $1200 per month, or $400 per week, plus utilities. If you want an amount of time between one week and one month, let us know and we'll work something out.

We ask for a 50% deposit to reserve the house, with the balance to be paid at least sixty days in advance of your stay. We also ask for a fully refundable security deposit of $300.

If you need additional sleeping facilities (if there are more than four in your party) then there's a second house in the village which we'll be happy to tell you about.
